"I have been making functional pottery for sixty years; individual handmade bowls, mugs, trays, and more, for the pleasure of everyday use. For several years I sold pots to thirty shops all over New England. Having slowed down in recent years (now at age eighty-five), I primarily make pottery for family and friends and occasionally sell to the general public. For forty years I taught the Pottery Jan Plan at Colby and continue to be an advisor to the Pottery Club.These stoneware pots are lead-free, and are microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe."
